How to Update or Delete Your Personal Information

If you ask us to delete any Personal Information we have about you, we will take all reasonable efforts to delete your Personal Information from our database within a reasonable time frame, but please be advised that we may retain some residual information about you in our backup and archival copies of our database (e.g. our records of deletion). We may use these backups to send you important service-related communications (e.g. materials related to your registration, your purchases and/or your account) that are not promotional in nature.
